We require a 1 night deposit to be received withing one week from the day you make the reservation. Deposits will only be returned if we are not booked up on the days of your reservation. If we are booked up at the time of cancellation we will not return the deposit. If a deposit is returned, it will take 90 days from the day that you cancel for you to receive it.
